BitLoop.eng is a small, browser-based chiptune loop tool I built for my own game development.

It’s not a full DAW. It’s not trying to replace one.
It’s just a fast way to make clean, repeatable retro loops that actually work in games.

The focus is speed, simplicity, and determinism — so you can tweak sounds while the loop is playing and get something usable in minutes, not hours.

What it does

  • 3 sound lanes (Lead, Bass, Noise)

  • A classic 8-step sequencer made for looping game audio

  • Live editing while playback is running

  • Per-step control over pitch, volume, decay, and related parameters

  • Export loops as WAV (audio) or JSON (data)

Everything runs entirely in your browser using the Web Audio API.
No installs. No plugins. No accounts.

Pricing & future plans

This tool is free.

If it ends up being useful, you can optionally leave a small donation to help support development.

If there’s real interest, I’ll release an offline / source version as a one-time purchase — including the full codebase for learning, modifying, or extending (with attribution).

Transparency

This tool was built with the help of AI.

I made BitLoop.eng because I needed it myself, and decided to share it in case it helps other devs too.

If it’s useful, that’s enough.

P.s: if you have any suggs. Just comment below. If you use it in a tutorial video or something and want the video on this page. Comment below. If you like it.....comment below.....
